Most ProMedica bills can be paid online through ProMedica MyChart. Just sign in if you have an account or click "Pay Now" to pay as a guest.

In addition to paying online, you have options of for how to pay for most ProMedica services, including ProMedica Physicians and ProMedica hospital bills. You can also make payments in the following ways:
By mail: Send your payment with the detachable part of your billing statement. The address is listed on the statement.
By phone: We're here to help. Call customer service at 844-373-0871. You can reach us Monday through Thursday, 8 a.m. – 7 p.m., and Friday, 8 a.m. – 6 p.m. We accept debit cards and Mastercard, Visa, Discover and American Express credit cards. We can also process checks by phone.
In person: You can make a payment in person at any of the hospitals where you received care.
